Quality management is our comprehensive starting point for thought and action, but also a vital part of a concrete management plan with the set goal of achieving contin- uous improvement. This understanding is based on the written commitment of our 'Quality Management System' and operationalized by regular target agreements on quality improvements. The main accountabilities of the 'Department Quality Management' are - To plan, create, manage and supervise a KID-Systeme wide, effective, economical and documented 'Quality Management System' taking into account the company's policy and quality policy as well as the legal and customer-specific requirements - To represent KID-Systeme in quality and certification matters in respect of aviation authorities, customers, partners and contractors - To establish and maintain a qualification system for certifying staff and inspection personnel in production and maintenance facilities - Providing a quality controlling system with key quality indicators for all business processes of the company - Planning and implementation of aviation and quality training for employees of KID-Systeme - Quality support for employees of KID-Systeme - Improvement, training and qualification of personnel in the area of quality management - Planning and performance of internal and external audits - Support and advice to other areas on aviation matters, in the overseeing of subcontractors and in questions of type certification
